Returns and Exchanges

1. Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges

  • Returns: You can return a product only if you inspect it at the time of delivery. If there are any issues with the product (such as damage, defects, or incorrect items), you must inform the delivery man immediately and return the product before completing the delivery. Once the product has been accepted and the delivery is complete, returns or exchanges will not be accepted.
  • Exchanges: If you receive a defective or incorrect product, you can request an exchange on the spot at the time of delivery. Our delivery personnel will check the product and exchange it for the correct one, if available.

2. Return/Exchange Process

  • If you wish to return or exchange a product, please make sure to check the item in front of the delivery man when it arrives. If there are any issues, the product must be returned immediately to the delivery personnel. Once the product is accepted and the delivery is completed, it will be considered final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • If the product is defective or incorrect, you will be provided with an immediate exchange for the same item or a similar product, depending on availability.

3. Conditions for Returns and Exchanges

  • Condition of Product: The product must be in unused and original condition, with all packaging, labels, and accessories intact.
  • Damaged/Defective Items: If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, you will be offered a replacement or exchange on the spot.
  • No Return After Acceptance: Once the delivery is completed and the product is accepted, we cannot process a return or exchange.

4. Shipping Charges

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival.
